Returns:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Freakinlexart does not currently accept returns. If you have an issue with the product you received please kindly contact me so we can work out a solution.

Shipping:

At this time, freakinlexart is only shipping within the US and Canada. Worldwide shipping is paused due to rising costs, delays, and uncertainties. I hope to expand again in the future—thank you for understanding! If you’re outside the US or Canada and see something you absolutely must have, please reach out via my contact page to discuss options. Please note that international shipments are at the buyer’s risk for customs delays or returns.

All freakinlexart items come with tracking except items that specify otherwise (stickers, magnets, etc.). Once I have taken a package to the post office and it is in the hands of the postal service there is no longer anything I can do if a package is lost or stolen. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. tracking is available for purchase on items that do not come with it under ‘tracking info’.


PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK THAT THE NAME AND ADDRESS YOU'VE ENTERED IS CORRECT.

If the address you have entered is incorrect and your package is redirected back to me, you will have to pay the amount to ship it back to you. If this were to happen I would email you at the email you provide at checkout. If you do not respond within a month of me emailing you I will put the product back on the market. This is why it is important to enter a VALID EMAIL that you check frequently - freakinlexart will not send promotional or spam emails to the email you’ve entered at checkout.

Freakinlexart is run by one person. Although I try my best to be on top of things, everyone makes mistakes. Please be kind as I am trying my best to make the experience of shopping with a small business fun, efficient, and overall enjoyable.

 All orders are shipped out of my studio. With that being said this is a pet friendly space and I try my best to keep all items pristine, but on occasion pet hair can make its way into a package. Every order is handled with care and inspected to my best abilities before being closed up.
